Today I dropped my phone and it has a crack near the circle button on the white part. Before that my phone would sometimes freeze when I slide to answer a call. Will they give me a new one.
Yes I think they will I took mine in a few weeks ago and they gave me a new one even though it was 37 day out of warranty
Does Apple have any options to upgrade from my current iPhone 4 to the new iPhone 4S ?
I know that they will let me buy a new iPhone 4 for $250, would they allow me to pay the same but upgrade to the iPhone 4S when it comes out?
If not, are there any other options instead of paying the entire $700 or however much for the phone?

I was really mad when they came out with this and with no warning! I just bought my Iphone 4 and it is still under warranty. I seem to be having a missing pixel seriously! I thought that I may send it back to them and they may send me a newer model? They do not have an upgrade option though I wish they did. You could try the same thing as me if there was something wrong with it. Good Luck man!

I got a new iphone and I want to know what is the best iphone 4 case. I don’t want the new iphone to have any scratches or cracks. I want the case to have good protection on the iphone.
First of all what is better a hard case or a silicon case?
I heard that silicon can some how affect the wireless activity.
Also, Is the Otterbox case good?
I heard a lot of people say it was good for protection.
If Otterbox is good which is the best, the commuter series, the impact series, or the defender series?
Does the defender series make the iphone big, thick, and heavy, or is it normal?
Please can you give me a list of the best cases to get.
The Otterbox is expensive and thick.
The one I’m using is the Belkin Grip Vue. It’s only about $28. It’s a reallly nice case, combination of both silicon and hard. I’ve dropped it soooooooo many times (even on concrete) and it hasn’t cracked yet. I think it’s the best for its price.
Cons:
Sometimes has a problem with flash (the case is reflective)
Does NOT fit a Invisable-shield screen cover :[
Pro:
It keeps ur phone safe
It’s nice and tight
Haven’t had any problems with my "wireless activity"
I’m looking to upgrade phones. Would it be smarter to wait for iphone 5 that will almost positively run ios5 or should i get the iphone 4 now? I like the ios5 better than the current operating system. Will there be a large difference in the actual phone or just the operating system? Sorry if this seems like alot but i need help!
iOS5 will completely work on the iPhone 4. However, I’d advise you to hold off until the new phone is released. The 4 is a great phone but it’s a year old already. Since you’re going to be keeping the new phone for 2 years, you’re much better off starting with the newest technology.

Hi about 9 months ago, I bought my iPhone 4 from Vodafone, that phone only works on Vodafone network, but after 9 months, the home button on that iPhone 4 stopped working and I had warranty so Apple gave me a new iPhone 4.
So is my new iPhone 4 unlocked to any network? They didnt give me whole new Box and charger and headphones, they just took my old iPhone 4 and gave me a new iPhone 4 on its own.
No. Apple’s contract with Vodafone prohibits Apple from giving out factory unlocked phones in warranty exchanges.
So a few days ago my uncle gave me his iPhone 4 because he got a brand spanking new one in white. I’m using his old one now. I cut my sim card, and popped it right in the iPhone 4 sim card tray. Since it is somewhat old because he got it the day the iPhone 4 came out, it has problems. Sometimes the home button won’t work and I’ll have to press it abnormally hard to respond or the fact that it makes a popping sound when I put pressure on the sides of the phone. Also the sleep button, and the up volume button are loose or get really hard to press. If I bring it to a genius at the apple store will he/she give me a new, or at least refurbished one that’s in great condition? What I am concerned about is the fact that it’s not my phone, as in I didn’t buy it from AT&T myself. So what will happen?
I had an iPod that had that same problem. the home button would sometimes not work or i would have to press it fairly hard. They did give me a new one. If i were you, just to be catious i would bring your uncle with you when you go to AT&T.
